我的心哪，你為何憂悶？為何在我裡面煩躁？應當仰望神，因他笑臉幫助我；我還要稱讚他。

他在萬有之先；萬有也靠他而立。

他也是教會全體之首。他是元始，是從死裡首先復生的，使他可以在凡事上居首位。

因為父喜歡叫一切的豐盛在他裡面居住。

》耶穌是完全的神，也是完全的人。謝謝耶穌，我可以完全倚靠祂，祂掌管萬有。祂也完全了解我，知道我的需要與軟弱。

My tears have been my food day and night, While they say to me all day long, “Where is your God?” I remember these things and pour out my soul within me.
