在乎靈，不在乎儀文 by the Spirit, not by the written code.

詩46:10 你們要休息，要知道我是神！我必在外邦中被尊崇，在遍地上也被尊崇。
Be still, and know that I am God; I will be exalted among the nations, I will be exalted in the earth.

詩22:23 你們敬畏耶和華的人要讚美他！雅各的後裔都要榮耀他！以色列的後裔都要懼怕他！
詩22:24 因為他沒有藐視憎惡受苦的人，也沒有向他掩面；那受苦之人呼籲的時候，他就垂聽。
You who fear the LORD, praise him! All you descendants of Jacob, honor him! Revere him, all you descendants of Israel!
For he has not despised or disdained the suffering of the afflicted one; he has not hidden his face from him but has listened to his cry for help.

羅2:28 因為外面作猶太人的，不是真猶太人；外面肉身的割禮，也不是真割禮。
羅2:29 惟有裡面作的，才是真猶太人；真割禮也是心裡的，在乎靈，不在乎儀文。這人的稱讚不是從人來的，乃是從神來的。
A man is not a Jew if he is only one outwardly, nor is circumcision merely outward and physical.
No, a man is a Jew if he is one inwardly; and circumcision is circumcision of the heart, by the Spirit, not by the written code. Such a man's praise is not from men, but from God.

有些時候會對自己的表裡不一感到虛偽，然而，常常都是自己想要心裡做好，卻辦不到，倒不是真的要當個虛偽的人。心病需要心藥醫，交給聖靈吧！
